Hope you’re all having a wonderful summer! As for me, well I’m laid up (once again!) as I cut my leg open last week and so I’m taking things easy by crocheting pretty things! 
And seeing as it’s the silly season (in more ways than one!) and I’m attempting to re design my work space, I’m having a clear out, so grab yourself a bargain whilst you can!

Hasn't it just?!
Firstly, I should wish you all a very Happy New Year, seems strange to do so now that Spring will shortly be with us, but there you go, a back injury put me out of things for a while, so I’ve been taking things easy, hibernating and having some thoughts about new ideas for the coming seasons…….
And with that, I haven’t done very much at all, but I have still been making some of my Alpine Angel legwarmers and wristwarmers, so I will update what’s available for sale in a day or two, once I get my act together!
You can pull these higher up the knee if they’re under longer boots if you like………
Or wear them slouchy low (like I prefer to!) but either way looks nice, depending upon what type of boots or wellies you’re wearing them with!
I added tiny little cables in between each lace pattern this time, just to make them a little different…
This pair of sweeties are made in a cashmere/merino mix, and cost £40.00, plus P&P.

Hi folks!
Just wanted to drop by to wish you all a very Merry Christmas/God Jul/Feliz Navidad, Joyeaux Noel, Frohe Weihnacten, Noillag Shona, Buon Natale, etc, etc!
And on a Christmas theme, I decided to make a pair of festive legwarmers for myself – they were intended as a gift to someone else, but that didn’t happen, so I thought I would make up them up for myself – which is just as well, as I ruined the other red legwarmer, so now the sole one has become a Christmas decoration – and why not, after all, I make so many of them throughout the year! 
And with that, here are the new ones…..
A perfect match for my pretty Odd Molly dress…..
As you can see, the little crocheted bow matches the main colour of my sweet little dress…..
It’s looking very festive in here right now……
I guess it’s fitting they’re staying with me, as they’re probably the last pair in this vibrant shade of red I will ever make, as the colour is very difficult on the eyes…
So wherever you may be, have a wonderful time with your loved ones, and enjoy the day in the true spirit of the word!

Especially when you look as pretty and festive as lovely Maria does! What a wonderful shot this is! She’s wearing a beautiful combination from Odd Molly, finished off my with sweet little ‘Vive Maria’ legwarmers, named in honour of us both! 
And here they are, made to go with the sweetest of knitted dresses from Odd Molly’s winter collection of 2011, one of my all time favourite dresses. As you can see, Maria’s pair of legwarmers are longer than the normal version I make, as she has beautiful long legs, lucky girl! 
As you can see, the combination matches perfectly…..
I have so many stunning photos of Maria from Henrik, that frankly I’m spoilt for choice, so feast your eyes on them all!

Well almost, but as another tune goes, “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas” and I am having my annual Julfest this weekend and the decorations are all in place, so it’s all down to the cleaning, cooking and glamming up then!
And as the weather is bitterly cold everywhere across Europe right now, it’s time to introduce these sweet little knitted accessories to you, which are part of my ‘Alpine Angel’ range…….
My ‘Norge’ tre is looking rather nice also! 
Firstly, let me introduce you to my new wrap around cowl, knitted in the most wonderful combination of alpaca and baby merino yarn and finished off with Swarovski crystals, very glam and very Lech indeed, it looks wonderful with my new ski jacket! 
And then the sweetest little beanie, also finished off with Swarovski crystals.
Well folks, if you’re going to be walking around Lech après-ski, you need to look right!
